Responsible Security Disclosure
We welcome reports from security researchers who help keep FluxIQ safe for gas engineers and their customers.
- Report suspected security issues to security@fluxiq.app.
- Do not access, modify, or exfiltrate other users' data.
- Do not disrupt the service or degrade availability for other users.
- We aim to acknowledge genuine reports within a reasonable timeframe.
Service Providers
FluxIQ uses trusted service providers to operate the platform, process payments, deliver email notifications, support secure authentication, store customer data, and provide AI-assisted diagnostic features. These providers only process data where necessary to deliver FluxIQ services and are subject to appropriate contractual, confidentiality, and security obligations.
