FluxIQ is an intelligent diagnostic platform built for UK gas engineers. It helps you quickly identify boiler faults, access step-by-step checks, and generate professional reports — all from your phone or tablet on site.

Every new verified engineer gets 5 diagnoses and 5 fault-code library lookups — no card required. Diagnostic uses and library lookup uses are counted separately; when either allowance is exhausted, that feature requires an active paid subscription. Trial access is subject to FluxIQ's Subscription Agreement.

No. We do not ask for payment details during signup or trial activation. You only enter billing information if you choose to upgrade after using your free trial allowance.

Yes. You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time from your Account page. There are no cancellation fees and your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

FluxIQ covers all major UK boiler brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi, Glow-worm, Viessmann, Potterton, Alpha, Intergas, and many more. Our fault-code library and guidance are tuned specifically for appliances found in UK homes.

Absolutely. Your account works across phones, tablets, and desktops. Simply log in on any device and your job records, favourites, and history are right there.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud storage, and strict access controls. Your job records and customer data are private to your account. See our Privacy Policy and Trust Centre for full details.

Yes. Saved jobs can be exported as professional notes or PDF reports for customer records, warranty claims, or internal documentation — all part of the Saved Jobs & Export Notes feature.

We provide email support for all users. If you need help with verification, billing, or using a feature, reach out and our team will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Flux IQ uses leading AI service providers under strict data processing agreements. Diagnostic inputs are never used to train their models. AI outputs are decision-support only and must be independently verified by a competent Gas Safe registered engineer.

FluxIQ is a support tool. Engineers remain responsible for safe working, manufacturer instructions, regulations, Gas Safe competence, and their own professional judgement.
